If I were you, I would write a friendly email to the McKinsey recruiting team (the HR contact you have been in touch with to set up the interview) and ask when you can expect to hear back from them. You can even mention that there is no rush, but you would like to set your expectations. Hope this helps, and my fingers are crossed for you!

Most candidates hear back within a week after a final interview. If you don't hear back by then, I would recommend reaching out to HR to ask for feedback.
