• First of all, waiting for a week might feel long, but it's (currently) within the normal time frame for such pre-interview assessments of 1-2 weeks.
• Moreover, I would advise you to use this time to continue preparing for the next stages of the application process, i.e. the case study and the behavioral interviews.
• Lastly, stay proactive. Follow up with the recruiter if you haven't heard back in another week.

Sit tight. They'll let you know if/when you're invited to interview. If 2 weeks have passed you can feel free to reach out.

Importantly, make sure you're networking with and applying to other firms in the meantime!

Q: I am waiting for Bain Sova Assessment result its a week now.

One week isn't actually an unusual waiting time. I would recommend waiting for at least one more week. f you still haven't heard back, it is fine to reach out to HR for an update.
