MBB generally pays the highest still for post-MBA, although some firms like Kearney are paying higher (to try and attract talent away from MBB).

Lastly, in terms of other T2 firms to apply to in SG, you can try for Kearney and LEK as well.

Besides, I know for a fact that S& and RB do hire in Singapore and sponsor EPs for strong profiles - let me know if you're interested in connecting to my network in those offices.

Finally, rest assured that consulting salaries in SG are quite attractive compared to Europe. While exchange rate works against you, the significantly lower income tax (~10-12% on a post-MBA salary) more than offsets. Net net you will be better off than in any European MBB office, except Switzerland.
