The process was pretty standard compared to other firms with a partner round in the end. In terms of cases, focus on policy topics around trending narratives in the Middle East (e.g., city building, infrastructure development, administration). There are very few quality cases like that available; rather focus on learning how to problem-solve (this is what gets you the offer with any firm) and read up on the relevant topics mentioned above for your geography.

In the fit, make it abundantly clear why Whiteshields and why this type of work in the region (no cookie-cutter answer but a personal story that makes sense).
