Where exactly are you located? I would prioritize going to the top ranked MBA program in your country over any of these. None of the courses listed above are target ones for MBB specifically. Maybe MPP from Columbia but it's not tailored for a career in consulting the way an MBA is.

Top brand name is going to be an important consideration if you're trying to get to a major strategy consulting firm, but bear in mind that online MBAs and shorter-term programs (like the 1 month MBA you mentioned) are not going to be regarded in the same way as a full MBA/Masters from that school, and are not going to get you the same target-school access to recruiting. Of the names you mention, Cornell, Columbia and Brown would likely have most sway.

Are all the US masters programs you are considering online programs, or would you be attending in person? If in person, I would also consider MBA programs and also consider other top US schools (Harvard, Stanford, Booth, Wharton, etc.). 

In any case, if this is your definitive list, I would apply to all the programs you mention, see what happens, and make decisions based on that. Best of luck!

in your specific case, I'd choose based on brand. Ivey league schools will be most useful, if you're aiming to stay in North America. Note that the credibility might be slightly less though, if it's a full online degree (not just for those options but any school really).

Alternatively, you can check which of the Canadian options have the strongest MBB footprint and consider accordingly.

Assuming you are able to actually qualify for all of them, I would prioritize based on the following:

1. Brand / school ranking
2. Whether MBB goes on campus for OCR

I would not do anything online - this is really not recognized as Udayan has mentioned.

Lastly, do note that the best way to recruit into MBB is still full-MBA programs at top b schools.
