Don't put anything :)
It's not really mandatory to put the address but it's a nice to have.
Keep it open if you're applying more widely in the region.

If you are sending the letter via email or online application form, you can skip the office address and mention your accommodation flexibility across the region.

If you cannot/don’t want to select a first choice for your application, you can skip the address line and just indicate the name of the company and the region (the Middle East in your case).
