If you follow the appropriate steps to convert, then this is fine. However, you need to put “Estimated” on your resume. You also should indeed include a note in the application form.

Yep, agree with what other coaches are suggesting here. Clearly mark them as “estimated or to be confirmed”.

Good luck with the applications! Yes, it is fine to put your predicted grades. Just have a clear cut methodology on the off chance that they ask you. 

However, I will add that you might be overestimating the value of one semester of grades. 

General rule of thumb, for applications, CVs and interviews only say and add things that you can defend well even when grilled into the 3rd and 4th layer of details. 

I think it's fine to do as you suggest, as long you are transparent about it.
