1) No. The CV / cover letter screening is an actual screening, so a lot of people never get to take the test. There's no official percentage, but I'd say the first stage is where most of the people are rejected (i.e., that's where the funnel narrows in the most).
2) You might want to check out Glassdoor if you haven't done that already. Compensation depends not only on geography but also on role and practice, so it would be hard to think you're going to get a good answer here.

No. It depends. Mostly, it will depend on the specific office, the role you're applying to, and the channel to which your are applying.
% doesn't make sense here. Based on your recruiting channel/office you either have a 100% chance or 0% chance.
Example: 100% of those recruiting from Insead MBA for BCG had to take the chatbot test. Period.

It depends. Usually you have an initial CV screening, but as mentioned by Ian, some business schools have different agreements and all applicants are invited with CV screening done after it.

- This is based on CV screening. Only the people who cross the CV Screening get invited to the online tests usually.
2) Anybody knows what is the compensation and fringe benefits at MBB in the Netherlands.
So for London the post MBA salary packages are
Mck - Base 95000 - with bonuses and perks (Free lunch, gym, coffee etc)
Bain - Base 97700 - With bonuses and perks (Apparently has the highest bonus structure)
BCG - Base 100000 - with bonuses and perks (Free lunch, coffee, gym, etc)
Before the recent salary increases. Bain London and Amsterdam used to be 1 for 1 GBP to Eur. Ie. Bain base salary was 85700 GBP in London and 857000 Eur in Amsterdam. So you could get a sense of what Amsterdam can be as well. Certain perks vary office to office.
