Hello everyone,
I have passed the CV screening by Bain and BCG but my CV has got rejected last time by OW.
Should I change something in my CV or I might have got rejected last time due to high competition last year.
OW has stated multiple times that they are not looking for specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills so I am not sure if I need to do any changes or give it a try.
Need your guidance.

There is always room to improve one's CV.
That said, if you passed screening by Bain and BCG, you probably have a good one! I haven't heard of much hiring by OW at the moment.

That said, in general, there are often experiences we can add/remove/reword to make our resume even better.
