Have an interview with Prokura, a Kearney company, for their associate role in London.

It is a teams call with the Associate Partner and will involve a fit and case. i have no idea what recruitment process they have and how to prepare for it especially because it is more specialised for supply chain and procurement.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance coaches!

Hi there,

While I have admittedly not coached anyone for Prokura (nor have I heard about them!), a quick search tells me they likely have a similar process to Kearney.

Like with any specialist interview:

1) Prep for any and all cases - build up your core consulting/thinking abilities. Period

2) Throw in the topics that that firm deals with….so, in this case, purchasing and supply chain cases

Hi!

Congrats!

As an immediate next step, I would contact HR to ask precisely this i.e., what will be the structure of the interview and whether they will focus on any specific industry for the cases.

Once you know that, at least you know what to focus on.

My hypothesis is that you won't have a strong industry focus.

So then it makes sense to already kick-off case prep to work on your raw skills around structuring, maths, etc.

Sharing with you a couple of resources you might find useful:

Good luck!
Cristian
