From reading the prompt, how did you know "nearshoring" is the focus of this case?

Well, the blue text at the very beginning of the case says " The cient already has a footprint in Warsaw which is only leveraged to nearshore French support functions". Blue text is something the interviewer will provide :)
I honestly don't think you can really anticipate this from just the case prompt. This actually makes it a good case as you have to adjust post-framework based on information provided ;)

In PrepL cases, the blue print gives the interviewer the info that should be shared with the candidate. Did you do it with someone?
