Does anyone know/can share information on how BCG, McK, Kearney, and Strategy& differ from each other in Dubai - office size (I've heard that MBB is not a leader there), type of projects, opportunities to relocate within the company, industries covered, and other interesting facts.

This is what you need to learn to do as a consultant if you want to work here! I highly recommend you get googling, researching, and networking. This is on you to 1) Figure out exactly what you want to find out and 2) Ask the right questions to get those answers
Please don't boil this answer here by trying to compare all these firms across office size, project types, reloation, industries, culture, etc. etc. Simplify and figure out what matters!
Just like in a case…you need to be objective-driven and focus only on what matters.
