Is there reference check in Europe and Middle East office? What do they ask?
I dont have a good relationship with the current team and get fired thus worried about reference check.

Hi there,
Sometimes yes but not all that often. Normally, you'll only have to worry about a background check (i.e. did you actually work there in that role during those dates and did not not get fired for anything back).
If they do ending up conducting a reference check (again, rare), then, well, there's nothing you can do about it so try not to worry...it's out of your control!

Got fired actually. But how could they find out in a background check?
Not sure what you mean by "how"? They request your employee records from your employer. This tracks when you started, in what capacity, when you left, for what reason, etc. etc. It's all there.
