I got to know that Roland Berger has a strong presence in Asia. Especially with Charles-Edouard Bouee becoming CEO, who managed the Asia region, I would like to know whether Roland Berger is planning to strengthen it´s presence in Asia?
Furthermore, how big is the Asian business compared to Germany? Does staffing for projects in Asia happen from Germany?

Thanks for your question and even better that you had the chance to meet our CEO in person.
Of course, APAC (besides others) is one of our core regions and we are looking forward to further grow in this region.
Depending on the project scope, language and the required know-how, projects in APAC are staffed with local and international team members. Our regional staffing teams work closely together to match the right skills, know-how and projects.
Furthermore, you can also participate in short- and long-term transfers, as I will do. Beginning of next year, I will have the chance to do a 4-months-transfer to our office in Shanghai.
