Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your question. Our consulting projects with the Group cover a wide spectrum of management consulting topics from operations to strategy. For the past two years, my projects included:
- 18-month strategic roadmap for one of DHL’s parcel business in Eastern Europe
- Customer service improvement
- Organizational transformation for one of DHL’s global departments
- Global IT strategy for a particular technology
I’ve also witnessed projects such as:
- M&A for a particular business line
- Market entry for one of DHL’s businesses
- Suitability assessment for a particular technology
Aside from these internal projects, we also have a handful of external projects focusing on Strategic Logistics Consulting (such as distribution strategy).
