If you haven't heard back from them and you've already followed up, I'd suggest you focus on sending out other applications at the moment.

that should be within a few weeks at the very least. It depends on whether you applied online “anonymously” or with a referral. The latter is usually expedited.

They are currently interviewing and hiring in ME though - I do know that.
