Hi everyone, I've been working with a HR person on scheduling interviews but he has (on 3 occasions) literally called me in the morning for an interview in the afternoon of the same day! This is despite my constant request to have at least 2 days' notice to plan logistics around it! I have had no choice but to decline 3 times and the HR person is seemingly getting frustrated. Is this common at all? If it helps provide more context, this also happens to be an MBB firm.. what would you do in my position, is it possible to request for a different HR person or am I being too troublesome and others have genereally dropped everything for interviews?

Hi,
I have never seen anything like that with MBB companies and it is really a weird behavior. I would send her proactively the slots when you are available asking again to notify you in advance.
If you have friends in a company, you can also share the problem with them.
Best!
