Hey, in my experience it normally takes a couple of weeks but can vary. You’ll hear back from BCG’s recruiting team when everything is completed.

Once the background check with Hireright is done, it usually takes BCG just a few business days to finalize everything. If no issues come up, they’ll send you the final confirmation or contract shortly after. Sometimes there’s a bit of internal processing or sign-off needed, but if everything’s clean, you’re basically there.
You can always reach out to HR for a gentle update if you haven’t heard back after about a week.

2. Post check process... is, well, nothing. HR will reach out to you to define the starting date.
I used to be from BCG SEA - it's just a formality.
A week or 2 is normal depending on the efficiency of process which is variable according to several factors.
