What position should I apply to in BCG Dubai

at BCG Dubai (and across most offices), post-MBA entry is usually at the Consultant level, provided you’re graduating from a top school and already have ~4 years of pre-MBA experience. The Senior Associate role is typically for pre-MBA candidates (e.g., straight from undergrad or with only 2–3 years of experience).

So the best approach is to apply for Consultant, and (in the very rare case) let HR calibrate during the process if they feel Senior Associate is a better fit.

I also worked for BCG in their Dubai office and from my experience, they are quite structured in leveling, so you don’t need to worry about overreaching here .. Consultant is the right fit.

With an top MBA and 4 years experience, you can try for Consultant role. That's typical for post MBA role.

If after you pass the interviews, in any case they think your work experience is on the shorter side, they would come back to suggest you to consider SAC role. But if you apply for SAC, they won't upgrade you to C.
