An error occured during my Casey video recording session

Hi all, i just did my BCG Online Case thru HireQuotient. When I just entered the second session introducing screen (where it said i had 1 min for prep, 1 min for recording the vid or sth like that, and a 3 min countdown), I received noti that “an unexpected error occured” and I was immediately proceeded to the success screen. So i couldnt record my video at all. Has anyone had the same problem before and what should i do now? Ive emailed them but have no response yet

I helped some candidates who had technical issues with the BCG Casey chatbot. The best way to proceed is to contact support and, if possible, share screenshots/proof of the issue, asking to retake the relevant part of the test. They should be able to help with the next steps after it.

Technical issues like this can happen. You've done the right thing by emailing them—give it some time for a response. If you don't hear back within a day or two, follow up with their support team or your recruiter to explain the situation and request a retake.

I suggest you contact HR / supposrt asap with a thorough explanation of the error provided.

You did the right thing. Informing HR right away is the only thing you can do. They might send you a new link or don't count the last part.

Yes one of my coachees faced a similar situation - just reach out to HR (which you have done) and wait for them to respond.

I am in process with BCG, however I had applied with my business school email id. My business school is discontinuing the subscription to email id. Can you please suggest if I can ask the HR to shift my process to another email id?
