I have received the mckinsey game invintation two days ago and i have 10 days to do it( as mentioned in the email)
the sooner the better ? or i can do it anytime before the 10 days?
some peaple are telling me that doing it late will give you a disadvantage or even they will send you an email that you didnt attempt it on the timeline..

You can do it anytime in the period they mentioned. I would do the test once you feel ready.

Feel free to do it at any point until the deadline. What matters is the result, not when you actually did it. If I were you, I'd try to practice as much as possible before the actual deadline. There are several guides online that will help you get an accurate understanding of what to expect in the game.

But as shown in the email its written that i have to open the link as soon as possible as openings will be filled. Bellow is there message in the email. 2. Select a starting window Do this as soon as possible as openings can fill up. This window represents when you can begin the assessment. You can select or reschedule with the same link. We recommend finding a quiet space free from distractions. We would recommend allocating yourself 90 minutes to complete the assessment.

It's not about when you do it but how well. If when you did it made a difference they would tell you in the email they sent.
Congratulations on the invitation! It truly doesn't matter when you do it - do it when you feel ready and before the deadline!

These people are wrong! As long as you do it within 10 days it doesn't matter when you do it!
Highly recommend you use practice material (like Francesco's Imbellus guide) to optimize your chances.
