We were informed upon submission of the online assessment that we would be emailed today with the outcome of our application. I haven't yet received any email - anyone else experiencing the same issue? Or anyone who has received this email?

Yep, got an invite an hour ago. But I would not stress too much if you havent received it yet
Hope you'll hear from them soon!
But don't stress if it doesn't happen instantly, like with the other candidates.
The emails are not necessarily automated, and sometimes they might be batched without any correlation to your performance or chances of getting an offer.

Totally normal — HR can be a bit slow, especially with high application volumes. If they said decisions would be sent today, you’ll likely hear back soon.
All my mentees received their invitations by Bain London in the last two days. Not sure though if they have sent out all emails to rejected candidates yet.
