If you’re struggling with basic business concepts, there are plenty of intro/primer books you can find online that might help.
If the company in question does case studies as part of the interview process, then perhaps try reaching out to a coach.

No worries at all! Many students from non-business backgrounds like ECE get roles like this. For a Senior Associate – Business Management role, they’ll mainly look for problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, comfort with data (like Excel), and structured communication. You don’t need a business degree, they’ll teach you what you need on the job.
Focus on showing you’re smart, eager to learn, and can work with data or processes logically. Maybe prep basic business concepts, case questions, and Excel, happy to help if you want mock prep!
