Monitor Deloitte - South East Asia

Hi - I am in talks with Monitor Deloitte in SEA and it looks like I will be receiving an offer for a 2nd year Senior Consultant and be up for Manager in a year. Does anyone know what are the salary range for SCs at Monitor? do they pay the same throughout the SEA region or is the salary tailored to local market?

It depends on the location in SEA. The career path from senior consultant to manager may take 2-3years with 1 year on very exceptional cases.

My offer is for Bangkok office. I was told I will be on a fast track and will have to get good reviews for 2 consecutive cycles (6 months each) before getting promoted

Well, yes, I think that's fair. However, I was thinking what the difference would be like. My assumption is that MBB pays the same throughout the region for post MBA consultant/associate roles, and I am trying to figure out if its the same case for Monitor Deloitte as well
