Hi - I am in talks with Monitor Deloitte in SEA and it looks like I will be receiving an offer for a 2nd year Senior Consultant and be up for Manager in a year. Does anyone know what are the salary range for SCs at Monitor? do they pay the same throughout the SEA region or is the salary tailored to local market?

It depends on the location in SEA. The career path from senior consultant to manager may take 2-3years with 1 year on very exceptional cases.

Singapore MBB pays 30% more at the very minimum against the next best country in SEA
In MBB - salary is cost of living adjusted. So expect highest pay in SG, less so if you are in HCM etc.
