Last week, I followed up on my interview process, but I did not receive a response. What do you suggest I do next? Additionally, do you have any updates on the current hiring process for this position, they are already interviewing people?

Direct outreach (email/call) is the clear next step. I would space out comms by 1-2 weeks. I would NOT do the all-out comms in a way that makes you seem desperate (email, call, LinkedIn at the same time).
Even if you didn't get a referral, try networking with a consultant in the office and ask them to check in with recruiting on your behalf.
Contact the recruiter directly to inquire about the status. This often elicits quicker responses than emails. If no response to the call, send a polite email reiterating your interest and asking for an update.
