If you are the part of org practice - you are still a consulting generalist.
New ventures have different roles, not necessarily replicating the consulting career path in terms of salary, growth, roles. Depending on the role (Product / implementation / etc) you'll be responsible for one or more solutions in that field. Usually, it's well written in the job description
