Can someone suggest on the cases to practice for interview at Prokura (Kearney)?
Prokura Interview

Hi there,
While I have admittedly not coaching anyone for Prokura (nor have I heard about them!), a quick search tells me they likely have a similar process to Kearney.
Like with any specialist interview:
1) Prep for any and all cases - build up your core consulting/thinking abilities. Period
2) Throw in the topics that that firm deals with….so, in this case, purchasing and supply chain cases

Hi there!
I'd recommend you actually reach out to the recruiter and ask for what their typical interview format is and whether they have any specific case type.
The format of the interview shouldn't be a secret for you as the candidate, which is why it's ok to ask. And the more you find out, the better you can prepare for it.
I've had lots of candidates interviewing with Kearney and depending on the location they've had both candidate-led and interviewer-led interviews (though predominantly the former) from across industries. I don't happen to know what is the exact situation with Prokura.
Best,
Cristian
