The Bain Sova is untimed in principle, but they recommend ~40 minutes because that’s the benchmark. If you take 60 minutes, it’s not an automatic fail.. recruiters look at both accuracy and speed together. Better to be slightly slower but accurate than fast with many mistakes. There’s no fixed “number of mistakes allowed,” but typically you need to be well above 70–80% correct to stay competitive.
