- First of all, the base salary for a Senior Manager at Bain in the Middle East typically ranges between $220K–260K per year, depending on the country.
- Moreover, however, the base salary alone will not provide you with much context, especially at the higher ranks; instead, you should look at the total compensation package and other non-compensation perks.
- Lastly, you should of course consider more than just compensation in your decision to apply to and potentially accept such an offer.

Suggest following Mariana's advice and also speaking to any managers in your network who might know.
Bear in mind that at manager-level and above, bonus can vary significantly. A low-performing senior EM at McKinsey may receive only 20% of the bonus of a top 5% senior EM.
Base salaries should be pretty easy to triangulate though.
There are slight differences between offices and the practice that the manager might be a part of.
Glassdoor offers good ranges.
Otherwise, as part of coffee chats with consultants in ME, you can ask them for 'ranges' as well. I wouldn't ask for exact figures, since they shouldn't be sharing those anyway.
