Hello,
at INVERTO the travel policy is very flexible and it highly depends on the project and your personal travel preferences. At the beginning of the project we align together with the team what fits best for everyone (home office, working at client, co-location). Usually, there is room to also realize personal commitments when needed.
If the team set-up is mixed by consultants from different locations, we can also do co-location (meaning we are working together at the ‘home location’ of one of the team members). This is a really nice opportunity to strengthen the collaboration and team drive!

ECON offers a lot of flexibility and there is no strict guidance on how often you should be in the office. It depends on two factors – current project needs and your preference.
We usually agree within the team on when we want to meet in the office. On my current project, most weeks, I am in the office twice and work from home three days. Additionally, I travel occasionally. Some colleagues travel on a more regular basis, especially when engaged in projects with our local companies.
