Can anyone provide leads on case preparation resources for OC&C?
OC&C Case Interview Prep

Hi,
In my perspective - that's actually not the best question or direction to head in. If we take a step back and think about it, all management consulting firms are looking for the same fundamental and core skills.
Therefore what is more important is to build those skills - that will enable you to solve OC&C cases, or any other firm's cases for that matter.
Based on my experience and what I've seen through the years, the more you try and anticipate, the worse your performance becomes, because the likelihood of you getting a specific prediction correct is not very high. And even if you did, it is even lower for subsequent rounds.
All the best!

Hi there,
Agreed with Benjamin here.
Learn how to solve any case type. Learn the fundamentals of casing.
Here's some reading on how to do this:

THEN, you can focus a bit more on their industries/functions:

Hi there!
It really depends on the role that you're applying for.
And even then, it's best to check in with the recruiter and ask what will be the format of the interview and whether you can expect cases of a particular type (e.g., interviewer-led/candidate-led) or from a particular industry.
Everybody that I've had up until now interviewing with OC&C has received candidate-led cases from various industries (i.e., no industrial focus). But this doesn't mean you'll receive the same.
Best,
Cristian
