I sent the CV in hurry as requested I did not tailor it word by word it is almost the same like my LinkedIn profile in 3 hours after LinkedIn chat last Wednesday. Since then she ghosted me no reply . I texted her on LinkedIn that I sent CV as requested and she never responded. This is very frustrating and unprofessional for a company with this size
I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn regarding a management position at Accenture asking to send my CV to her email now to call me I sent it after may be 3 hours though my LinkedIn in is kind of complete . It has my degrees and experience and fabulous recommendations

Hi there!
Being ghosted is frustrating, sorry for this situation. It may be that the process is not over yet or that your CV was not approved due to the issues you raised. Use this as a learning: have it ready, apply for similar jobs and even (maybe) send this new version to her (nothing to lose 🤷🏻♀️).
Happy to support you in building a strong and consulting-ready resume, feel free to DM for more information and credentials.
Best,
Mari

Hello there!
Totally get your frustration — being approached and then ghosted is really dejecting, particularly after responding quickly and professionally on your end. Unfortunately, this kind of recruiter silence happens even in large companies like Accenture. Perhaps it is not personal — a lot of the time, things do shift behind the scenes, jobs get delayed, or priorities shift suddenly.
Give it a few more days, and if still nothing, it’s okay to politely follow up one last time. In the meantime, keep the momentum going with other opportunities. You’ve got a strong profile, and I’m happy to help refine your CV or prep for interviews if that’s useful.
Best,
Alessa

Very frustrating to not receive an answer from someone who reached out to YOU. I have this happen to me as well on several occasions, here are some possible reasons :
- Recruiters often juggle many roles at once, and sometimes outreach is exploratory. It's not always followed by immediate next steps.
- The 3-hour delay in sending your CV is completely normal, if not very quick. Don't hesitate to take more time if you can, read through the CV and adjust. Unlike Linkedin, recruiters expect something more detailed / relevant for the role.
- The recruiter can be simply on holidays and not able to answer still. Or else, I would be surprised they won't get back to you by saying sorry you are not selected.
- Unfortunately, ghosting happens, even at top firms. It’s unprofessional, but it also happens.
What you can do now:
- Give it a few more days, especially if it's been less than a week, if still no reply, send another short, polite follow-up message.
I hope you get a reply ! If so, don't hesitate to reach out if you want help preping for Accenture interviews, I worked there for 3 years myself :)

Sorry to hear.
But don't read too much into it. Not sure that's ghosting if they don't answer immediately in a few days. Recruiters can sometimes take weeks.
In the meantime, I would suggest you work on sharpening your linkedin profile and your CV so you're ready next time somebody reaches out.
Aside from this, also be proactive and go on the offensive, reaching out to recruiters in the firms that you're interested in.
