A Harvard and Columbia graduate and recent ex-Engagement Manager from McKinsey's Amsterdam and New Jersey offices, I have coached many candidates on behalf of McKinsey and apply their strength-based feedback approach and training methods. I was also a certified interviewer for McKinsey and interviewed multiple candidates during my time there. My feedback is constructive and honest, and followed-up with concrete suggestions on how to improve. While an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, I was a top 5% performer globally and also coached many Business Analysts on their career path.
My interview approach is personalized, getting to know your overall profile and goals. I do mock mock interviews, both for the fit and the case part. I use mostly McKinsey cases/behavior questions and provide holistic feedback following the MBB evaluation grid. I am also happy to provide a more in-depth training on the personal fit interview (full hour) and, if the candidate is interested in the incredibly competitive public and social sector track at McKinsey & Company, I am happy to provide a more personalized session on how to navigate getting public and social sector projects at McKinsey. Before working at McKinsey, I never expected to be a consultant so this is definitely a judgement-free zone in terms of questions, ask away.
But also this is your session so don't shy away from telling me how to make it great!

I am currently pursuing climate and nature finance, as well as developing a consulting bootcamp curriculum for Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
