My approach
I will do a 15-minute intro call with you ahead of our first official coaching session to understand your starting point and areas to focus on. After that, I will tailor the sessions to your needs. I like to combine traditional mock case interviews with other practical exercises to strengthen specific areas (e.g., case framing or structuring). I also bring theory into the practical cases, but I seek that my candidates understand rather than memorize to avoid generating an over-prepared or artificial impression to the interviewer.
I will share with you honest feedback to help you grow and I can give you a list of free resources to keep preparing on your own.
Beyond the case interview, we can discuss on-the-job experience and advice. I can also help you prepare for the personal fit interview (with my experience focused mainly on BCG fit).
About me
I am a Senior Associate at BCG in Spain and I previously worked in a boutique consulting firm in Boston focused on tech projects. I am about to start my MBA at Columbia this fall. During my time at BCG I have worked with the recruiting team helping prepare 30+ candidates for their case interviews. And during my Master in Finance at Boston College, I also practiced cases extensively as a member of the BC Consulting Club.
