Hi! I am here to help you succeed, and from my ~2 years experience interviewing & preparing candidates I will understand your strengths and define how you can leverage them, and identify your areas for improvement and how you can best develop them.
What you want to do in the 1-hour single-coaching sessions is completely up to you, but I typically propose to structure it as a mock-interview just like what you should expect on the interview day, and then provide detailed feedback afterwards:
- Full mock-interview (~45 min): introductory fit questions + full mock case of the style chosen
- Debrief and next steps (~15 min): detailed assessment and feedback on content, style and preparedness for the interview + action plan for preparation
With this approach, you can both train to be at your best on the interview day while also getting detailed feedback on how to best perform.
I understand you may be willing to focus more on fit or case - I am more than happy to adjust the session structure to support where you find most useful. Furthermore, should you be interested in testing any particular case type (e.g., profitability, market entry, industry-specific, etc.), let me know 24h in advance and I can prepare it for you.
