I am a coach who will listen to your needs without prejudice and determine objectively your strengths and development needs. I will ask you questions which will help me to determine what you need to build on in order to succeed in standing out at case interviews. I will test your intellectual curiosity and the quality of your responses and guide you how to structure your responses so that you become a prime candidate for success.

I am not here to judge you but to highlight areas in which you need to improve and more importantly provide you with the tools to improve. This is done by putting myself in your shoes and understanding your needs, concerns and where you feel you need to improve.
PARTNERSHIP
Above all, we need to have a chemistry between us. I will need to understand how passionate, realistic and enthusiastic you are about your aspirations and whether you are going to put in the hard work to succeed. I will see your success as my success.
OPENESS/TRANSPARENT
You deserve to know where your development needs are and it is my job to let you know these as early on in our interactions. We will the work through these point by point. I will be transparent and to the point even if sometimes these things are difficult to listen to but taking on my observations and recommendations will maximize your chances of success.
Our first session will be all about understanding you, what you want to achieve and where you are on the journey to success. Its a listening and fact finding session so that I have a complete picture of you and your needs. Whilst we talk, I will also be assessing your speaking style, your communication style, body language and confidence. This will give me a good idea about you and your strengths and weaknesses.
Following this, I will provide a summary of areas you need to enhance and strengths you can build on. We will then focus on addressing these individually. This is best done through practicing case interviews and giving you targeted feedback on where to focus on.
Finally, its about practice, practice, practice until you are at a level to nail the case interview with confidence, skill and enjoyment.
