I got HR OOO note which she said she will be in office. I have had 4 rounds last being partner. Shouldn’t she allocate my result to some other HR which she hasn’t. does that mean result is not positive or nothing at all?

Don't read into it.

She will likely get back to you soon or one of her colleagues.

It does not reflect your situation at all.

You have to remember that this is a job for them and sometimes they just take time off - nothing to do with how the interview went.

Hope you get good news soon!

Hi there,

it doesn't have anything to do with you personally most likely. The firm is not ready yet to communicate official results to you. That can have various reasons (e.g. internal alignment). You will receive official word once they have it. Just because it takes longer does not automatically mean that your feedback will be negative. But it is all speculation at this point. Unfortunately you will just have to wait it out.

Fingers crossed the news are positive.

Hi there,

1) Shouldn’t she allocate my result to some other HR which she hasn’t.

If it is a short leave, she will probably get back to you once she is back in a few days.

2) Does that mean result is not positive or nothing at all?

It doesn’t really mean anything in terms of your performance.

Good luck!

Francesco

Most likely there's no result yet, or at least there wasn't one when she went out of office, and most likely she's away for a short period. When there's a result (and she's back), you'll know the result.
