Offer negotiation Evercore

Hey all, I just got an offer from Evercore and I have an upcoming call to go over the details. I know their salary structure is generally fixed, but I’m not sure if there’s room to negotiate or if they offer sign-on/relocation bonuses.

Would it be better to bring this up during the call or wait, review the contract, and reach out later? Anyone with experience negotiating at Evercore?
