McKinsey Dubai Hiring

• First of all, I am wondering why you assume that the McKinsey Dubai office is not hiring for internship and graduate position. What is the reason for this?
• Moreover, based on the experience of my coachees, the McKinsey Dubai office, as well as other offices in the Middle East, is certainly hiring at the moment.

Hey there, 

McKinsey definitely does hire Business Analysts and interns, more especially that the Business Analysts role is an important one for the future pipeline at The Firm. The quantum of how many they hire varies from year to year and depends on so many factors. 

For example, if interns in one year are given full Business Analyst offers, it may be the case that they reach their quota of Business Analyst roles that they had for the next year. It may also be the case that client activity or economic situations mean a slow down, so they will recruit less BA's than in other years, etc.

My advice to you is to get in touch with the recruiting team to find out when applications for BAs and interns may be opening based on their annual recruiting calendar. They may be able to provide more insights beyond this
