• Passing interviews: This will depend on how well you prepare and perform  in showing you meet and pass the performance bar across various dimensions

There are many things to consider throughout the process, but for sure it's important to ensure you develop all aspects of your prep and not neglect fit preparation. 

There are also no experienced hire prep-related considerations different to others. This is to say, you will do the same cases and will be evaluated in the same manners as those from MBA and straight out of school
