BCG Summer Associate (UG) Application

1. I have replaced the resume in my profile with the correct one (I have been tailoring this for weeks). Will it be reflected in my application? 

Can't say for sure - the right course of action is what you did - reaching out to HR.

At this point in time there's a real risk it is too late. They usually take a couple of weeks to process the resumes… more than one week has passed by now.

If no, you did the right thing by contacting HR. :-)

These days, screening unfortunately takes a bit longer.
