Hi all,

I applied one week ago for a Senior Associate, Advanced Degree position in the BCG Dubai office.

Here is my background:

I am a senior associate in Valuation - Big4 with 2 years of experience.
I co-founded and started the business for an aparthotel in my home country.
This year I passed the CFA Level II.
I have a master's degree in Economics and Finance.

My questions are, how long does the screening process usually take? Am I likely to pass the screening process with my background? What is the current hiring situation in BCG Dubai/Middle East?

Hiring situation is quite bad but there are still opportunities, active testing and interviewing

Make sure to reach out to current consultants for networking and referrals, and also to receive insights into the current hiring goals. It can often make sense to postpone an application in times like this by a month or two to increase your screening chances.
