Thanks to my experience, especially as a Senior Manager in a Big 4, I have designed an approach that will get you the position that you want to land.
I have worked on various projects, in the Banking industry, the Insurance Industry, along with several M&A jobs.
Through the numerous jobs that did lead, I was in charge of teams of more than 15 consultants, juggling different aspects of the projects.
I worked on technical topics such as conception and validation of Internal Model for insurance companies (mainly the 4 Insurance Corporations in Europe), on the merger of the most important company insurance and bank in France, on the Risk Framework of numerous insurers and banks, on the setting of the IFRS 17 and Solvency II norms for several companies in Europe.
In addition to my daily jobs with the teams that I lead, I have also supervised the creation of the Modelling Practice, with special focus on not only the technical aspects, but also the hiring process of experts, the knowledge management and the clients Roadshows.
In my day to day work, I interview more than 10 candidates weekly and the approach that I designed is based not only on the experience that I gained in the field but also in jobs and the gatherings that I had with my clients.
