It's there so typically it must means something. During P&L calculation, he could layout the step by step calculation instead of arriving at conclusion directly - Synthesis: solid conclusion with clear next steps - Creativity & Judgement: Strong point by always including other consideration like distribution concerns, investment, etc. on his list Could improve by taking some time to categorize the list of idea he has first - Presence & Communication: overall solid with formal and mature presence.
