Could someone provide some any additional info/tips/suggestions for the case prep with EY Parthenon? Thanks, O
Which case style EY Parthenon consultants do in the interview? Thanks

Hi,
It really depends on who you are interviewing with:
- If you are interviewing with ex MBB (and Parthenon has many of them) - your interview will be very MBB-like
- If you are interviewing with ex Big4, etc - the interview will not be structured that well. Interviewers will be less demanding and you will have very standard cases
Finally, regardless of who is the interviewer, you should prepare the fit part:
- Tell me about yourself
- Why consulting
- Why Company
- Stories (not that structured but I would prepare a standard package of stories like leadership, resolving a conflict, achievement, strengths & weaknesses, etc)
- Your questions to the interviewer
Best

Hi Anonymous,
I helped a good number of people for EY Parthenon, in the geographies I covered (UK, US and Germany) cases mainly focused on:
- Market entry
- Market sizing
- New product launch
I would prepare as usual for case interviews, please find below some tips:

Hello!
Given it´s consulting, won´t vary form the classical Business Case + FIT.
Cheers,
Clara

It depends on the interviewer's style. The most common cases are usually - in order - market sizings, profitability, investment and market entry.

Antonello

Hi there,
I am a former recruiter from EY-P. You should expect a regular case interview (and fit interview), just like in MBB, if you are recruiting to the GROWTH STRATEGY or Corporate Strategy role.
The case is most likely to focus on:
- Structure
- Market Size
- Growth Drivers
- Chart interpretation
Of course there are many types of cases and also there are some variations across countries.
If it is a role from Transaction Strategy Execution, the interview will be more technical and also focused on FIT.
I have halped candidates with both types of interviews. I actually have some real retired cases from EY-Parthenon, and organize coaching sessions around those to candidates applying there, so let me know if you are interested (you or any candidate reading this post).
