The process depends on the specific role. If it is a strategy consultant / corporate growth role, it will be quite similar.
For an experienced position in real estate / capital project role, you should expect more of a scenario based technical interview, although it is always a good practice to confirm with HR what does the interview look like.

- fit interview component (typical fit interview with focus questions on the desired industry)
- case interview component (mainly candidate-led)
