My team-members, or my friends because at the moment I don´t have experience, is that my strengths are that I am good in working in teams, because of my way how I communicate and want to know all ideas before deciding a final option.

I received this comment from my previous manager. I am a hardworker but I am too detail-oriented as well as I always want all the work to be done in a short period by looking at the whole details and it is impossible to do it. Therefore, I am working on that by defining priorities and what is necessary and have to be done.

During my work and class assignments, I always get good feedback that I am a hard worker, kind, self-starter, try to help others, passionate, and never give up.
