In the Middle East offices, the BCG Potential Test has traditionally been a key part of the selection process, though some offices have started incorporating Casebot, an AI-driven simulation that tests problem-solving and business judgment. The Potential Test focuses more on structured problem-solving through multiple-choice questions, while Casebot offers an interactive case experience. As for cognitive tests, these are sometimes included as part of the broader selection process but are not universally applied. The cognitive test is not used in the Middle East as of yet as far as I know.

Q: Does anyone know which version of the BCG Online Test is currently used at the ME office? Specifically, is it the Casebot or the Potential Test?

I am helping a candidate for BCG Dubai and he just got the BCG Casey Chatbot (also called BCG Online Case). 

In Germany, at the moment, BCG is using a different quantitative test called Cognitive Test, while most of the other countries still use the Chatbot.

The BCG Potential test (the one with 23 questions, multiple choice) is the name used for the old BCG test and it is no longer used.
