Hey everyone! I have several questions regarding the selection process in the McKinsey Milan office since the website and other sources aren't 100% clear.
1) Is there both a SHL online test and a PST, or just the SHL online test?
2) If there is a PST, will it be conducted in Italian or English?
This would really help me prepare for tests, so any information would be helpful. Thanks/Grazie!

McKinsey Milan has already rolled out SHL as a replacement of their PST (for the Italian fellows, this article will give you more details: http://colloquio-lavoro.it/mckinsey-test-si-passa-dal-pst-problem-solving-test-al-supporto-di-shl-test/). The test is in English.
Regarding SHL, I would recommend you to practice and practice on several tests. Once you do that, you will be able to identify where you are making mistakes and then work to improve on those areas. There is plenty of preparation material on the Internet.
If you have additional doubts, you can always contact the recruiting team in Milan and they will be happy to answer them.
