Hello everyone. I recently received an email from Oliver Wyman Middle East regarding online tests following my application 3 months ago. The email says
There are two blocks in this test. You will have 35 minutes for the test. We recommend to dedicate approximately 20 minutes for the first part and 15 minutes for the second.
- Mandatory part: 18 questions of various types, for which you need to either choose only one correct answer in the task or enter the value yourself.
- Optional part: 5 mixed questions, multiple-choice and open-ended questions. There will not be any penalties if you skip this block, but it provides you with an opportunity to improve your overall result and test your additional skills in working with data
I was under the impression that the test will be some SHL style test with numerical, verbal, and inductive questions. This test appears to be from a software called “qualtrics”, which I've never used before. Does anyone have any information regarding this test? Thank you very much in advance!
